Implants are modifications to the Human Body, they are capable of enhancing and/or expanding human abilities beyond what their natural bodies are able to do on their own, like increasing the visible light spectrum or muscles that can lift dozen times more than a untrained body can.

There are several types of implants available: Mech, Biomech, Nanotech and some that mix more than one types to maximize efficiency. They are also tools called Wearables that can give similar abilities by using non-invasive means but they are less effective in most of the cases.
